Guest service in most properties runs across phones, messaging groups, paper and memory.
Phone calls, WhatsApp messages, notes at the front desk and conversations in the corridor, with no single record.
Requests are relayed from department to department, and no one owns the follow-up.
Open requests, response times and recurring issues stay invisible until a guest complains.
International guests and multilingual teams lose time and detail translating between each other.
The guest scans the code in the room, confirms the family name, and Guest Companion opens in the browser.
They tap a service or tell Aura what they need, typed or spoken, in one of nine languages.
The request lands on the right department's board. Requests made in the chat arrive with a short brief from Aura.
The department head assigns it, the team member is notified on the phone, and the guest follows the status live.
The guest rates the service, and access closes by itself at check-out.
Select a component to see its screen. All screens show sample data.
The guest web app. It opens from a QR code in the room, with nothing to download and no account to create.

Department boards on the web and a staff app on the phone, for front office, housekeeping, laundry, engineering, dining, IT, concierge and spa.

The AI assistant inside Guest Companion. Guests write or speak a request, and Aura places it with the right department, using the hotel's own menus and services.

Guest app access that starts and ends with the stay. Each room has its own signed QR code, and Guest Companion opens for that room only after the guest confirms the family name from check-in.

A management view of service, guest feedback and reviews for the property.

Screens from the product, showing a demo hotel with sample data.
A live view of service in every department, with response times against your standards and analysis from Aura.
Clear ownership of every task, with timers that show what is on track and what needs help.
One app to work from in place of radios, phone calls and messaging groups.
Service in their own language from their own phone, without holding on the line for reception.
We set up Hotelier OS alongside the systems you already run and configure it to your departments and service standards.
Connectors for Mews, Cloudbeds and Hapi are built; we connect yours using your own account during the pilot, and guest and stay details then come in automatically. Until then, or with another system, the Front Office head checks guests in on CrewOps+. We scope a link to any other system in the proposal.
Role-based access for every department, a signed QR code for every room, guest access that ends at check-out, and personal data handled under the Personal Data Protection Law.
Guest screens in nine languages, including Arabic with a right-to-left layout. Menu items and services show in Arabic or English, as you enter them. Guest screens can also carry your logo and colours, an optional paid add-on.
No. Guest Companion opens in the phone's browser from the QR code in the room.
Yes. Hotels can begin with a pilot on one floor or one department, review the results with management and then extend.
Yes, with or without one. Connectors for Mews, Cloudbeds and Hapi are built and are connected with your own account during the pilot. With another system, the Front Office head checks guests in on CrewOps+, and we scope any further link in the proposal.
Hotelier OS is a subscription per property. A pilot has a fixed price; after it, the monthly fee depends on the number of rooms and the components you use, and we confirm it in the proposal after a short call. Your logo and colours on the guest screens are an optional paid add-on, and Aura AI usage runs within a monthly budget agreed with you.
We agree the timeline in the proposal, based on the size of the pilot and the integrations you need. Our pilot plan runs over three weeks: set-up, then training, then go-live. A pilot on one floor needs the room QR cards, staff accounts and a short training session for each department before go-live.
Guests use their own phones. Rooms need a printed QR card or stand, and staff use the phones or tablets they already carry.
HayyakTech provides training, monitoring and support under a service agreement, in Arabic and English.
We'll walk your team through the platform and propose a pilot shaped to your operation.
